The Silk Road Association Alliance is an important component of SRCIC for transnational and trans-regional organizations, non-state-level chambers of commerce, and sectoral federations. In the spirit of achieving shared growth through consultation and collaboration, the Association Alliance is committed to contributing to global economic revival and sustainable development by promoting exchange and cooperation among different regional organizations.

The mission of the Association Alliance is:

• To be a platform for connectivity of transnational and trans-regional organizations, non-state-level chambers of commerce, and sectoral federations.
• To rally member resources, promote pragmatic cooperation through SRCIC platforms, and seek investment opportunities in different sectors for members.
• To enhance common trans-regional sustainable development.
• To promote cultural and commercial exchanges among transnational and trans-regional organizations, non-state-level chambers of commerce, and sectoral federations, facilitate adaptation to investment and trade demands of the 21st Century, and help establish cooperation relations.

The Association Alliance undertakes the tasks of:

• Establishing sound relations among transnational and trans-regional organizations, non-state-level chambers of commerce, and sectoral federations.
• Encouraging business organizations to join the Association Alliance based on the values of equality, reciprocity, and voluntariness.
• Promoting resource-sharing and pragmatic cooperation among members to realize peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit.
